National Broadcasting Society - Alpha Epsilon Rho is starting to prepare for its National Convention set for March 2015 in Atlanta. NBS-AERho has announced four featured speakers for the convention so far, and we're excited that one of the speakers is GatorNBS alum Melodi Smith!
Melodi has worked as a video journalist for CNN, and currently is a researcher for The Row. Before graduating from UF in 2012, Melodi served as GatorNBS president from 2011-2012. While at UF, she worked for WUFT News as both a radio and TV anchor and reporter. Melodi also helped co-create the class "Weimer Welcome," an introductory course for incoming freshmen and transfer students, while on the CJC Dean's Student Advisory Council.
We are thrilled Melodi will be a featured speaker and we can't wait to see her this March in Atlanta!
